(b) The Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW-l/4 of NW-l/4) of Section Two (2) Township 32, Range 26, except that part thereof that lies Westerly of a line run parallel wi th and distant 200 feet Easterly of the West line of said Section Two (2) and Southerly of a line run parallel with and distant 100 feet Southerly of the North line of said Section Two (2); said exception containing 5.46 acres more or less. (c) That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW-l/4 of SW-l/4) of Section Thirty-five (35), Township 33, Range 26, lying South of County State Aid Highway No. 12 East of the West 200 feet thereof; and West of the following described line; Beginning at a point of the South line of said SW-l/4 of SW-l/4 675 feet West of the Southeast corner thereof; thence Northeasterly on a line running to a point on the center line of said highway which is 549.08 feet Northwesterly of the intersection of said center line of said SW-l/4 of SW-l/4, to a point 330 feet Southwesterly of its intersection with said center line; thence Northwesterly parallel with said center line 300 feet; thence Northeasterly to a point on said center line which is 849.08 feet Northwesterly of the intersection of said center line and the East line of said SW-l/4 of SW-l/4 and there terminating.
