Based on projected growth <br />outlined in a 2022-23 study. The commission continues to discuss these concepts and refine the capital <br />improvement plan. The construction timeline below preserves the number of fields available for play prior to <br />adding new additional fields. The proposed plan creates the following benefits: <br />• Centralized bathrooms <br />• Centralized concessions <br />• Centralized equipment storage based on sport/activity. <br />• Organized parking <br />• Field locations are based on activity creating ownership cleanliness among user groups. <br />• Fans at “ground level” are at a higher elevation than the playing surface for improved lines of sight. <br /> <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />Cost estimates for capital improvements within the Athletic Facilities Master Plan are included. <br /> <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />Responsible for every dollar as good stewards and providing an opportunity to live, work, and play. <br /> <br />Attachments <br />1. 12.1 03-13-2024 HKGi Athletic Fields Master Planning Presentation <br />2.
