The commission continues to discuss these concepts and refine
the capital improvement plan. The construction timeline below preserves the number of fields available for
play prior to adding new additional fields. The proposed plan creates the following benefits:
• Centralized bathrooms
• Centralized concessions
• Centralized equipment storage based on sport/activity.
• Organized parking
• Field locations are based on activity creating ownership cleanliness among user groups.
• Fans at “ground level” are at a higher elevation than the playing surface for improved lines of sight.

Financial Impact
Cost estimates for capital improvements within the Athletic Facilities Master Plan are included.

Mission/Policy/Goal
Responsible for every dollar as good stewards and providing an opportunity to live, work, and play.

Attachments
1.
