The applicant is requesting a simple plat to subdivide their 6.8-acre property into two parcels (Briggs <br />Estates). Lot one will be approximately 6.00 acres in size and Lot two, which contains the house, will be <br />approximately 1.25 acres, with the remainder as right-of-way.
