Applications are due the last Monday of the
month. The following Monday, typically the first Monday of the month, there is a city-wide review
meeting which includes all city departments and Elk River Municipal Utilities, to go over the
proposed plat applications received for the month and staff can share their comments, concerns, and
recommendations.
