Since then, the home has <br />become uninhabitable and the property has numerous code violations. <br /> <br />The city will initiate a condemnation process on the property due to its unsuitability as a habitable residence. <br />The HRA would be in a position to facilitate the redevelopment of the property as a single-family home.
