There being no one to speak to this matter, Mayor Dietz <br />closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Moved by Councilmember Westgaard and seconded by Councilmember Wagner to adopt <br />Ordinance 24-11. Motion 5-0 <br /> <br />Moved by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Grupa to approve the <br />Compost Transfer Facility Policy. Motion Carried 5-0. <br />
