The base and caps of the walls are proposed to be painted or stained. The pre - <br />cast concrete should provide a similar finish to the integrally colored and finished face CMU allowed in the <br />design standards. Three elevations of the showroom will have storefront glazing which meet the architectural <br />glazing design requirement. The service bay elevations will have overhead doors that include glazing. The <br />overhead doors will be painted dark bronze to match the storefront wind ow frames and prefinished parapet <br />cap. These proposed finishes meet the design standards requirement to include least two allowed exterior <br />building finishes per wall.
