EXTRACT -OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />ELK RIVER, MINNESOTA <br />HELD: /r <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, <br />meeting of the Village Council. of the Village of Elk <br />Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said <br />on the / "'' day of /Y�+ {r �392 , 1971, at 7' ye) <br />00 .M. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following -were absent: <br />River, <br />Village <br />o' clock <br />Member introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION CONCURRING IN THE ACTION OF <br />THE UTILITIES COMMISSION OF THE VILLAGE <br />IN PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE AND <br />SALE OF $1,015,OOO ELECTRIC <br />REVENUE BONDS OF 1971 <br />WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Commission of the <br />Village has adopted a resolution providing for the issuance <br />and sale of $1,015,000.Electric Revenue Bonds of 1971, for. <br />the purpose of providing money to finance the cost of improve- <br />ments to.the.electric'utility production plant, which resolu- <br />tion is by reference incorporated in and made a part of this <br />resolution.to the same extent and with the same force and <br />effect as if set out fully herein, and a copy of which is <br />attached hereto; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council <br />of the Village of Elk River, Minnesota, that the Council hereby <br />concurs in the resolution adopted by the Commission providing <br />for the issuance and sale of $1,015,-OOO.Electric Utility Revenue <br />Bonds of 1971, and hereby joins in. and adopts the sameresolution, <br />including all of the covenants and agreements therein contained. <br />with the same force and effect as if said resolution had been <br />adopted by the Council. <br />
