Per EDA and HRA <br />bylaws the committee can appoint at-large members at a regular meeting. Tony Sofio is a resident of Elk River, <br />has led a career in the banking industry, and has shown a keen interest in the activities of the EDA. Tony has <br />expressed interest in joining the committee for some time. His appointment would satisfy the bylaw preference <br />for two at-large banking representatives. <br />The composition of the committee is as follows: <br />HRA – Nate Ovall and Lynn Caswell <br />EDA – Dan Tveite and Charlie Blesener <br />At-large Legal – Rhonda Magnussen <br />At-large Real Estate – Ryan Hardin <br />At-large Business/Community – Jim Gromberg <br />At-large Banking – Chad Vitzthum <br />At-large Banking - Vacant <br />Financial Impact <br />N/A <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />The Joint Finance Committee provides advice to the EDA, HRA, and City Council. <br />Attachments <br />Tony Sofio Application Form
