Open Forum <br /> <br />No public present. <br /> <br />7.1. Superintendent’s Report <br /> <br />Mr. Dalton presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> <br />8.1. Review and Approve Bylaws <br /> <br />Mr. Dalton presented the staff report and pointed out the order of business (section 5) has been <br />questioned before and this would be the time to make changes. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Wagner and seconded by Commissioner Walker to revise section 5 <br />subsection d. of the Multipurpose Facility Advisory Commission Bylaws to be called “Open <br />Forum” instead of Presentation(s)/Public Comment. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br /> <br />8.2. Review and Approve Policies <br /> <br />Mr. Dalton presented the staff report and noted the policies were approved at the December 11, 2023 <br />meeting without the Emergency Action Plan, staff is now bringing the complete policy. <br /> <br /> Motion by Commissioner Kotzian and seconded by Commissioner Wagner to approve the FT <br />Center policies and procedures with the addition of section B1 under Cancellations and <br />Refunds (pg 14) to read: any cancellation of a rental totaling $5,000 or above will require 45 or <br />more days’ notice to receive a full refund. Cancellation notifications between 30-44 days prior <br />are eligible for a 50% refund and cancellation notices less than 30 days in advance will not <br />receive a refund. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />8.3. FT Center Staff Positions <br /> <br />Mr. Stremcha presented the staff report. <br /> <br />8.4.
