He <br />has been with the city for two years after completing his Masters in Public <br />Administration from Hamline University. Josh is currently the staff liaison to the <br />Beautification and Public Art Committee and along with other economic <br />development department staff, reinvigorated the city's public art initiative after <br />their 2021 project, Slipstream.
