Old meters will be palletized and shrink wrapped <br />2. Meter Salvage <br />a. Salvage Meter Process <br />i. Allegiant palletizes and shrink wraps <br />ii. Allegiant will pick up meters Monthly after hold period <br />II Venter <br />1. Staffed 7 AM— 7 PM CST <br />2. #800 assigned to project <br />3. IP based platform support call forwarding to contacts <br />4. Call Volume Reporting and Issue tracking <br />5. Recording for calls and voicemail provided upon request <br />.0 Safety Program Summary <br />1. All employees go through rigorous hot socket and meter handling training to ensure all of <br />Allegiant's employees are following all appropriate guidelines. <br />2. Each Allegiant employee wears PPE gear to include the following: <br />• Safety glasses\Face shield <br />• Hardhat <br />• Logoed FR shirt and pants <br />• Protective footwear <br />• 600 Volt protective gloves and leathers <br />• FR High Viz vest <br />3. Allegiant employees are issued appropriate contractor ID badges. <br />4. Daily/Weekly tailgate meetings are conducted to review the safety guidelines and review any <br />field incidents. <br />5. In the event a meter exchange results in an unsafe meter can condition Allegiant's employees will <br />follow the local utility procedures and wait onsite until a utility personnel arrives. <br />Safety manual will be provided for a detailed review of Allegiant's program. <br />1.24d Change Orders as provided after contracting <br />233 <br />
