That the duly ad- <br />opted Zoning Map of the City of Elk <br />River is hereby amended to rezone <br />the property described in Exhibit <br />A to Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD). <br />Exhibit A <br />Lot 2, Block 2, Elk River Busi- <br />ness Park, Sherburne County, Min- <br />nesota <br />AND <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Elk River SBC <br />Addition, Sherburne County, Min- <br />nesota <br />SECTION 2. That the rezon- <br />ing approved by this Ordinance is <br />based on the following findings: <br />1. The rezoning is consistent <br />with the City of Elk River Land <br />Use Plan adopted, and updated, <br />as part of the City of Elk River <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br />SECTION 3. That this ordinance <br />shall take effect upon satisfaction <br />of the conditions noted in Exhibit <br />B and be published as provided <br />by law. <br />Exhibit B <br />1. City Council approval of the <br />preliminary and final plat of Elk Riv- <br />er SBC Addition. <br />2. The plat must be recorded <br />prior to recording the ordinance <br />amending the zoning to PUD. <br />3.
