3 <br /> <br />2023 HRA and EDA Annual Summary March 1, 2024 <br /> <br />Committees <br />Together Elk River Committee <br />The Together Elk River Committee continued to use the Together Elk River initiative to support <br />the local business community. The focus in 2023 was on 169 Redefine and its impacts to businesses <br />along the Highway 169 corridor. Orange Ball Creative generated dozens of social posts that were <br />shared on the Chamber, Economic Development, and City Facebook pages.
