<br /> <br />City of Elk River <br /> <br />City Council <br /> <br />Resolution 24-____ <br /> <br />A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Amending the <br />Comprehensive Plan to Add Industrial and Public/Semi-Public Classifications <br />to Outlot A, ER Ventures Addition <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 462.355, Subdivision 2, prescribes the procedure <br />for amending the Comprehensive Plan, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on February 27, 2024, and <br />recommended approval of the Comprehensive Plan amendment request for Outlot A, ER <br />Ventures Addition, as depicted in Exhibit A, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Comprehensive Plan Amendment request <br />and finds the following: <br />1. The proposed land uses are consistent with the surrounding uses. <br />2. The uses will not have adverse impacts on the surrounding uses. <br />3. The proposed changes are in general conformance to the adopted Comprehensive <br />plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk <br />River, Minnesota, as follows: The Comprehensive Plan be amended to extend the Industrial <br />and Public/Semi-Public land use classifications through Outlot A, ER Ventures Addition to <br />the right-of-way with Highway 169. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 4th day of March 2024. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> John J.
