WORK PLAN AND SCHEDULE <br /> <br />Project: Community Center Mural and Orono Park artwork <br /> <br />Artist Team: Daniela Bianchini /Pablo Kalaka <br /> <br />Mosaics will be created in the studio over several months of work. Once the mural is completed, <br />it will be installed and mounted in the community Center. Art work for the trash receptacles will <br />also be created in the studio and adheres to the receptacles. Delivery and installation will be done <br />with the finished work. <br /> <br /> <br />The following dates are estimated key points in the completion of the commission: <br /> <br />Phase Dates <br /> <br />I. Preliminary Design February 2024 <br /> <br />II. Design Development (If adjustments necessary) Summer 2024 <br />Final Design Approval Summer 2024 <br /> <br />III. Studio and Production Dates for mosaics <br />- Begin August 2024 <br />- Halfway November 2024 <br />- Completion of mosaics March 2025 <br /> <br />IV. Mosaics Installation (Mural) April 2025 <br />V. Installation of trash receptacles April 2025 <br />VII. Completion of project May 1, 2025
