From setting goals & not
meeting them, to unforeseen customer & employee
issues, to challenges on projects & expensive
learning lessons costing us thousands upon
thousands. To say this year was a struggle would be
an understatement.
That said we've still done some very cool projects
this year & had the opportunity to be a part of many
different types of jobs in addition to getting our feet
1
wet with getting into rental / investment properties,
general contracting projects, and growing some of
the previously smaller divisions of the company!
ZDZ
So as the Wolf of Wall Street would say "The show
goes on, I ain't fucking leaving."
I'm going to try to take away from the frustrations,
expensive lessons, and unmet goals to build on in
2024 & beyond!
On a separate more positive side note the year was a
great year personally from getting engaged, to
moving into a newly remodeled house, to crushing
some of my personal goals & trying new things.
So, while the year as whole may have been very
depressing & frustrating due to work issues I'm still
going to take away some positives & try to look at
the glass as half full!
I'm a firm believer that if God brings you to it he'll
bring you through it! Not always sure what he's
trying to teach me with all these difficult lessons, but
nonetheless all the glory to him as I go through them
as I know I couldn't do any of it without his help!
IA •ilue'll v 0
