4r,;.Z, <br />Elk Riv <br />Municipal Utilities UTILITIES COMMISSION MEETING <br />TO: <br />FROM: <br />ERMU Commission <br />Tony Mauren — Governance & Communications Manager <br />MEETING DATE: <br />AGENDA ITEM NUMBER: <br />February 13, 2024 <br />2.8 <br />SUBJECT: <br />Rate Correction — Off -Peak Demand Service Rate <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Approve the correction to the Off -Peak Demand Electric Service Rate's Basic Monthly Electric <br />Charge. <br />BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION: <br />At its December 12, 2023, meeting the Commission reviewed and approved the 2024 Schedule <br />of Rates & Fees as a part of the Annual Business Plan. <br />Unintentionally left out of the updated rates was a change to the Basic Monthly Electric Charge <br />for the Off -Peak Demand Electric Service Rate. In order to align this rate with all other <br />commercial demand electric service rates the base charge should be increased from $75.50 to <br />$77.00. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />None, budgeted rate increase. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />• Corrected — Off -Peak Demand Electric Service Rate <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />74 <br />
