City of Elk River <br />City Council <br />Resolution 24-05 <br />A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Acknowledging <br />Contributions <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and <br />individuals for their contributions to the community; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River will receive $25,000 in 2024, $26,000 in 2025, and <br />$27,000 in 2026 donations from The Bank of Elk River with the intent it be used by Parks <br />and Recreation for the Riverfront Concert Series in 2024, 2025, and 2026. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, by at least four -fifths <br />vote, to acknowledge the support and commend The Bank of Elk River for their donations. <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br />Wagner and duly seconded by Councilmember Grupa, and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Dietz, Councilmembers Beyer, Grupa.
