The mission of the Parks a.nd Recreation <br />Commission is to be advocates for the citizens <br />of Elk River in the stewardship of the city owned <br />parks and trails. <br />Their role is also to advise the City Council <br />concerning the acquisition, management, and <br />development of the city parks, trails, and <br />recreational facilities. <br />
