From: _ <br />To: Leeseberg, Chris <br />Subject: Neighboring Properties: <br />Date: Monday, January 15, 2024 2:16:01 PM <br />I just wanted to make clear that I do not have any problems with the other properties in the area with businesses, <br />junk vehicles, implements, noises all hours of the day, weeds, and junk all over. <br />That said I do think everyone should be held to the same standards and that it is not right for someone to say my <br />property is going to lower their value when there are many other properties in the area that are much worse & when <br />I have been making a conscious effort to continually clean up and improve my property for the neighboring <br />properties around me. <br />Again that said I personally do not have an issues with any of the properties in the area / they do not both me / cause <br />myself any issues. <br />Sincerely, <br />Josh Clark <br />Sent from my Whone <br />
