I'm writing to you with issues we are have having with our Neighbor Josh Clark who is located at <br />21144 Twin Lakes Road NW. We weren't notified of his <br />Business and have been wondering how it's possible in an agricultural/residential area? Isn't a business supposed to <br />be in a commercial zoned area? It is no longer a peaceful area to live. We continue to hear sounds of heavy <br />equipment running all day and night. We are wondering if he even lives in the house??
