In all applications, where a matter of interpretation arises, <br />the more specific definition or higher standard shall prevail. When a permit is denied byT the <br />cityT administrator, or designee, written notice shall be provided to the applicant along with a <br />brief statement of the reasons for denial. The city admitustrator, oY designee, mayr suspend oY <br />revoke an issued peYmit foY any false statement oY misYepYesentation of fact in the <br />application. <br />{�-}(fii FailuTe to ol�tain pe��nit.. If any sign is installed oY placed on any propertyr prior to <br />receipt of a peYmit, the specified permit fee shall be doubled. HoweveY, payrment of the <br />doubled fee shall not relieve anyT person of anyT other requirement or penalties prescribed in <br />this ordinance. <br />SECTION 2.
