Out of Class Pa`T <br />14. An�r employree who is assigned to opeYate a snowplotiv truck ��ho does not opeYate a <br />sno`vplo`v truck as part of his/her regular position `vith the city shall be paid at their <br />current rate of payT or payT grade 5N of the CityT Pay Plan, whichever is greater, for these <br />snow removal hours. Emplo�Tees utilizing payT grade 5N for this provision shall begin at <br />step A and receive a step increase at the beginning of each snow season that the�T are <br />assigned to perform snow plowing duties. <br />INSURANCE BENEFITS <br />15. All regular full-time employees are eligible for insurance benefits. Part-time employees <br />scheduled to work 30 or more hours per `veek are eligible for prorated insurance benefits. <br />Retired employees with a Phased Retirement Option Agreement are eligible for insurance <br />benefits as identified in the AgYeement. Seasonal and tempoYaryr employees are not <br />eligible for insurance benefits. <br />16. EmployTees eligible for insurance benefits are eligible for participation in the cityT's Flexible <br />Benefits Plan. The contribution levels shall be as follows: <br />Health Insurance Election <br />Single <br />Employree & Spouse <br />Employree & Child(ren) <br />FamilyT <br />Opt-out <br />17 <br />Monthl,�t�T Contribution <br />$652.00 <br />$1,363.00 <br />$1,353.00 <br />$1,929.00 <br />$300.00 <br />Employ-ees enrolling in the city's Health Savings Account (HSA) compatible health <br />insurance and contributing at least $1.00 into an HSA shall receive $60.00 per month <br />contribution into their HSA. <br />Employees participating in the cit�T's Flexible Benefits Plan shall be provided $25,000 <br />gYoup teYm life insuYance coveYage. <br />Paid On-call Firefighters ��ho are not full-time cityT employTees shall be provided $10,000 <br />life insurance coverage. <br />OTHER <br />18. The CityT Council may make adjustments in any section of the PayT Plan at any CityT <br />Council meeting for any reason including performance incentives, state or federal law <br />changes, the PayT Equity Law, or any other reason the Council deems appropriate. <br />19. All employees who are members of the Law EnfoYcement Labor Services (LELS), Locals <br />231, 271, and 501, oY the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 49, shall <br />receive compensation and benefits as outlined in the Master Labor Agreement between <br />the cityr and the union. <br />
