Fire AcademyT instructors and Fire Department members instructing a course for firefighters earning a certification or maintaining a certification or licensure shall be paid according to the follo`ving schedule: Assistant InstructoY $30.00 peY hour Lead Instructor $40.00 per hour Part-Time Police Reserves are required to serve in both a volunteer and a paid capacit�r. Effective January 1, 2024, Police Reserves shall be paid $18.83 peY hour foY the hours that are to be paid as determined b�r the Police Chief.
