TheYe being no one to speak to this issue, MayoY Dietz <br />closed the public hearing. <br />Moved by Councilmember Westgaard and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to approve <br />Ordinance 23-27 amending sections of the Wetlands Protection Ordinance. Motion Carried 5- <br />0. <br />Moved by Councilmember Westgaard and seconded by Councilmember Grupa to approve <br />Resolution 23-64 a summary publication of the Ciry of Elk River Wetlands Protection <br />Ordinance.
