The cities of <br />Ramsey, Otsego, Rogers, Big Lake, and St. Michael were used for a <br />review of our neighboring communities and staff found our fees are <br />below the average of these communities. The recommended increases <br />account for increasing staff costs while keeping us in -line with nearby <br />communities <br />
