Rolling Hills Pond Dredging <br />Elk River, Minnesota <br />4. Policies shall include premises/operations, products, completed operations, independent <br />contractors, owners and contractors protective, explosion, collapse, underground hazard, <br />broad form contractual, personal injury with employment exclusion deleted, and broad form <br />property damage. <br />5. The Contractor's Comprehensive General Liability Insurance policy shall be endorsed to add <br />the Owner as additional insured. <br />The Contractual Liability insurance shall be written so as to cover the Indemnification Clause. <br />C. Comprehensive Automobile Liability (including owned, hired, and non -owned vehicles): <br />1. Bodily injury $1,000,000 Each Person <br />1 000 000 Each Occurrence <br />2. Property damage: $1,000,000 Each Occurrence <br />or combined single limit of $2,000,000 <br />All policies shall provide for 30 days' written notice prior to any cancellation or non -renewal of <br />insurance policies required under Contract. "Will endeavor" and "but failure to mail such notice shall <br />impose no obligation or liability of any kind upon the Company, its agents, or representatives" <br />wording will be deleted from certificates. <br />22. Contract Security <br />Add the following section to Article 22: <br />22.2 Bonds <br />The Contractor shall furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the <br />Contract Price and a satisfactory Payment Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Price <br />as security for the faithful performance and payment of all the Contractor obligations under the <br />Contract Documents. <br />26. Subcontracting <br />Replace Section 26.2 with the following: <br />26.2 The Contractor shall perform not less than 50 percent of the Work with its own forces (i.e., <br />without subcontracting). The 50 percent requirement shall be understood to refer to the Work, the <br />value of which totals not less than 50 percent of the Contract Price. <br />Supplementary General Conditions 00800-5 <br />
