Contract Security Add the following section to Article 22: 22.2 Bonds The Contractor shall furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Price and a satisfactory Payment Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Price as security for the faithful performance and payment of all the Contractor obligations under the Contract Documents. 26. Subcontracting Replace Section 26.2 with the following: 26.2 The Contractor shall perform not less than 50 percent of the Work with its own forces (i.e., without subcontracting).
