Taxes <br />1.1 Wherever used in the Contract Documents, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated, <br />and shall be applicable to both the singular and plural thereof- <br />1.2 Addenda - Written or graphic instruments issued prior to the execution of the Agreement which <br />modify and interpret the Contract Documents, Drawings, and Specifications, by additions, deletions, <br />clarifications, or corrections. <br />1.3 Bid - The offer or proposal of the Bidder submitted on the prescribed form setting forth the <br />prices for the work to be performed. <br />1.4 Bidder - Any person, firm or corporation submitting a Bid for the work. <br />1.5 Bonds - Bid, Performance and Payment Bonds and other instruments of surety, furnished by the <br />Contractor and the Contractor's surety in accordance with the Contract Documents. <br />1.6 Change Order - A written order to the Contractor authorizing an addition, deletion, or revision <br />in the work within the general scope of the Contract Documents, or authorizing an adjustment in the <br />contract price or contract time. <br />General Conditions 00700 - 1 <br />
