<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Resolution 24-____ <br /> <br />A Resolution of the City of Elk River Approving Notice of Summary Publication of <br />Ordinance #24-01 an Ordinance Adopting the 2024 Master Fee Schedule <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on January 2, 2024 the Elk River City Council adopted Ordinance 24-01 approving <br />the 2024 Master Fee Schedule; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the enactment of this ordinance establishes fees and charges required by the City <br />Code and to comply with Minnesota Statutes 462.353, sub.4; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 2024 Master Fee Schedule lists fees and charges for Administrative, Financial, <br />Environmental, Planning, Development, Building, Parks and Recreation, Fire, Police, and Elk River <br />Municipal Utility services along with code enforcement violations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a copy of the full text of the ordinance is available for inspection by any person at the <br />Office of the City Clerk, City of Elk River, 13065 Orono Parkway, during regular business hours – <br />8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota, as follows: by at least four-fifths vote, authorizes the publication of the title and <br />summary of Ordinance 24-01 and that Ordinance 24-01 shall become effective January 2, 2024. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />______________, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the <br />following against: , whereupon said resolution was <br />declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> and the <br />following absent: <br /> <br />nd <br />Passed and adopted this 2 day of January 2024. <br /> <br /> <br /> John J.
