<br />VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING <br />November 11, 1915 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of Village Council was held at the Bank of Elk River on Thursday Nov 11, 1915 <br /> <br />Present – C.F. Fiman Pres, F.M. Plank and E.J. Keegan Trustee and W.F. Chadbourne, Clerk. <br />F.D. Waterman, Jos F. Aud and C.M. Babcock visitors. <br /> <br />Meeting called to order by President at 8:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Copy of agreement with G.N. Ry in regard to hauling crushed rock for street was read and accepted <br />and ordered filed. <br /> <br />The following bills were presented and on motion allowed and clerk ordered to draw warrants for <br />same. <br /> <br />C.F. Fiman cash paid out as per statement 14.60 <br />Standard Oil Co for gasoline 27.94 <br />John Blocker hauling 4.00 <br />The Patterson Street lighting co 29.70 <br /> <br />I was the of the meeting that B.L. Hall, City Weighmaster, be taken from pay roll and <br />allowed to accept all fees for labor until further orders from Council. <br /> <br />The following resolution was presented. <br /> <br />Resolved the sum of three thousand five hundred ($3500.00) dollars be raised for taxes the coming <br />year and that the clerk notify Co.
