<br />VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING <br />July 17, 1915 <br /> <br />A Special meeting of Village Council was held at the office of C.F. Fiman on Saturday July 17, 1915. <br /> <br />Present – C.F. Fiman, Pres, F.M. Plank Trustee and W.F. Chadbourne Clerk <br /> <br />The meeting was called for the purpose of allowing bills for labor <br /> <br />The following bills were presented by road overseer J.E.
