6. Permitted Uses. <br />a) Within the wetland no land may be used except for one or more of the following uses: <br />1 native wetland vegetation, provided that no change is made to the ground elevation <br />2) wildlife and nature preserves: <br />3) public overhead utility lines and Poles that are less than two feet in diameter; <br />5)_pervious hiking and skiing trails that coM31l with WCA standards. Pervious will mean an area <br />where water is able to infiltrate into the ground; <br />6) public and private flood control structures,�pon" and drainage facilities and associated <br />accessory appurtenances if the cite determines that there is no other viable alternative and as <br />approved by the city engineer: <br />7) environmental monitoring or control facilities, including those related to water quality and <br />wildlife regulation; <br />8) in wetlands where imnpervious, public trails exist, maintenance of the trail will be allowed as <br />long as there is not an increased impact to the wetland. <br />bl Within wetland buffer areas no land may be used except for one or more of the following uses: <br />1) native vegetation, provided that no change is made to the ground elevation: <br />2) wildlife and nature preserves: <br />3)_pervious hiking and skiing trails.
