<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Letter of Understanding <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Letter of Understanding <br /> <br />Furniture and Things Community Event Center <br />The City of Elk River <br />1000 School Street <br />Elk River, MN, 55330 <br /> <br />December 19, 2023 <br />Dr. Christi Jo Christian, Owner <br />iBackCheck Sport Therapy <br />1000 School Street <br />Elk River, MN 55330 <br /> <br />Ben Jaremko, Owner <br />Two Brothers Hockey <br />1000 School Street <br />Elk River, MN 55330 <br /> <br />Dear Dr. Christi Christian and Mr. Ben Jaremko, <br />This letter represents the formal agreement between the City of Elk River, herein referred to as “Leasor” and <br />iBackCheck Sport Therapy/Two Brothers Hockey, herein referred to as “Lessee.” Leasor shall provide a limited <br />access point into the Furniture and Things Community Event Center Fieldhouse provided the stipulations are <br />abided by the Lessee as detailed in this agreement. The access point shall be an internal door between the Leasor <br />and Lessee’s space within the fieldhouse. <br />Lessee agrees to the following stipulations: <br /> The access point shall be improved at Lessee’s expense to an electronic key fob to ensure the Leasor may <br />monitor utilization of the access point. <br /> Key fob access will be provided to Lessee staff and shall not be used by any third party. <br /> The access point shall remain closed and will not be propped when not in use for purposes of entry/exit. <br /> All Lessee patrons entering the fieldhouse will be quiet and respectful, to minimize distractions to any <br />fieldhouse users. <br /> All Lessee patrons (ERYHA, Squatch, ERHS, etc.,) shall be escorted by Lessee staff. <br />
