Seasonal Park Laborer, Seasonal Street Laborer, Winter Public Works Laborer, Seasonal Sno`vplo`v Operator, Seasonal Wastewater Laborer, Seasonal Gardener, and Lead Seasonal GaYdeneY employees may Yeceive an incYease at the beginning of the season at the city's discretion. If an employee returns for another season in the same calendar yTear, the�T are not eligible for another increase. FT Center Customer Service Associate, FacilityT Worker/Ice Resurfacer, FacilityT Worker, Operations Assistant, Concession Worker, and Lead Concession Worker employTees may receive an increase for each additional yTear the employee works for the FT Center. Increases `vill be given on the first dayT of the first full payT period of the calendar �Tear at the cit�'s discretion. Skating Academy employTees mayT receive an increase for each additional year the employee works for the FT Center. Increases `vill be given at the beginning of each fall pYogYam session (September) at the cit�'s discretion. Ska ting Academ� Assistant Skating Academy Director - At the beginning of each session, the Skating AcademyT Director shall assign one instructor to be Assistant Skating r�cademyT Director. Off Ice Time - Includes time spent planning lessons and skating programs, meetings, and any otheY activityr that is not performed on the ice. The Skating Academyr Director shall be paid 60% of his/her regular wage for off ice time which shall not exceed one half hour
