<br />Code Council, ,Inc., is adopted as
<br />the Property Maintenance Code
<br />of the City of Elk River, in the
<br />State of Minnesota; for the con-
<br />trol of buildingS' and structures
<br />as herein pro,rided; and each and
<br />all... of the' regulations, prOvisions,
<br />penalties, conditions and terms of
<br />said Property Maintenance Code
<br />are hereby referred to, adopted,
<br />and made a part hereof, as if fully
<br />set out .in tbis ordinance,. with
<br />theadditio~s, inserti9ns~ .. dele-
<br />tions and' chariges, if any, pre-
<br />scribed in section 30-158 of this
<br />ordinance. Any future revisions
<br />of the International Property
<br />~1aintenance Code ..vill always be
<br />'part of the Property Nlaintenance
<br />Code of the City of Elk River.

<br />Section 30-159: \Vbere there is
<br />any conflictbetW-een. the provi-
<br />sions of the International Property
<br />lVlaintenance Code and any other
<br />applicable code or ordinance
<br />enforced by or in the City of Elk
<br />'River, the more restrictive .provi-
<br />sions shall apply.
<br />Passed and adopted by the City
<br />Council of tbe City of Elk River
<br />this 9th day of January, 2006. This
<br />Ordinance shall take -effect. upon
<br />publication as provided by law.
