<br />WHEREAS, on November 20, 2023, the Elk River Cit�T Council adopted Ordinance No. 23-_
<br />amending Sections 30-1, entitled "Definitions"; 30-658, entitled "Interim Uses"; 30-
<br />801, entitled "Home Occupations; 30-991, entitled "R1 District; 30-992, entitled
<br />"R2a District; 30-993, entitled "R2b District; 30-994, entitled "R3 Townhome
<br />District; 30-1027, entitled "XCR Extreme CommeYcial RecYeation; 30-1583, entitled
<br />"CRT CommeYcial Reserve TYansition; 30-1584, entitled "MU-ERP iVlixed Use - Elk
<br />RiveY Plaza•, 30-1587, entitled "Focused Area Study (FAS"I�; 46-34, entitled "Public
<br />Nuisances; and
<br />WHEREAS, iVlinnesota Statutes, Section 412.191, Subd. 4 allows publication byT title and summar�T
<br />in the case of lengthyT ordinances; and
<br />WHEREAS, the CityT Council finds that the following summary will clearlyT inform the public on
<br />the intent and effect of Ordinance No. 23-_; and
<br />WHEREAS, a copy of the full text of Ordinance Na 23-_ is available for inspection byT anyT
<br />peYson at the office of the Elk River Cityr CleYk, 13065 Orono PaYkway, during
<br />regular business hours - 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., MondayT through FridayT.
