Subzone "C" is established to encourage a planned, integYated environment for <br />certain industrial, office, and commercial uses, which are compatible with and <br />complement each otheY as well as the surrounding land uses. The underlying land use <br />designation `vithin the district ma�T varyT and mayT be either light industrial or highwayT <br />business. Development within Subzone "C" `vill correspond with the land use <br />designation.
