PaYk Dedication shall be paid foY one dwelling unit at the Yate <br />applicable when the subdivision is Yeleased foY recoYding. <br />2. A 35-foot-wide trail easement along KlieveY MaYsh above the <br />OrdinaryT High-Water Mark shall be provided. <br />Background/Discussion <br />The subject propeYty is 5.64 acYes, zoned R1-c, and located at the end of <br />Johnson Court in the Park Point Subdivision. The applicant is requesting <br />to replat Outlot A of Park Pointe into one buildable lot and one Outlot. <br />The one buildable lot will connect to the e�sting Johnson Court cul-de-sac <br />on the east side of the parcel and abuts Kleiver MaYsh on the west side. <br />Parks and Recreation Commission <br />The Commission recommends cash dedication for one dwelling unit at the <br />rate applicable when the subdivision is released for recording. TheyT also <br />Yecommend a 35-foot-wide trail easement along Kliever Marsh as indicated <br />in the Trails MasteY Plan.
