The key components are the community engagement and a <br />;tatistically-valid community survey. It should also include relevant influencing trends, program analysis, level of service analysis, financial <br />inalysis, action plan and initiatives, task execution and priority actions. <br />Justification I <br />Che Comprehensive Plan adopted October 2021 recommends the city update the Parks and Recreation Master Plan. The Parks Master Plan was <br />�dopted in 2015 and many projects identified in the plan such as the improvements to Orono Park are completed.
