After that approval, the CityT Council adopted an ordinance amendment removing institutional <br />uses (schools) in the Business Park District This change reclassified Spectrum to a legal non-conforming use and <br />while theyT could no longer expand, theyT could continue operating in the same capacityT as had been approved in <br />2017. <br />Spectrum has continued to operate a successful school, are now looking to expand their facilities to add additional <br />athletic and arts capacityT.
