Whether it was during my time in the
commission? military, or my current position as Executive Director, I have
always been in service of communities and lent my voice to
advocate and advise to offer new perspectives. A city
commission allows me to serve my local Elk River community
and hopefully impact change in collaboration with others. Overall, serving on a city
commission would be a strong step in fulfilling my responsibility
to the community as a member of the community.
What skills, training, Part of my role as Executive Director of an organization in
and experience would service of community is staying aware of changing and emerging
you bring to the technologies in energy, especially in the areas of sustainability
commission for which and how this connects to the environmental changes.
you seek appointment? Additionally, I carry a personal passion for green energy and
sustainability and advocate for the reduction of our carbon
footprint in ways that are also most beneficial and cost effective
to the largest number of people. As an executive leader, I bring
over 15 years of technical and soft skills that can be easily
transferrable to the work of this particular commission. I am
strong in communication and advocacy skills and, as a
compulsive learner, carry a natural inclination for understanding
the changing technologies and how they relate to our
environmental systems and structures.
Conflict of Interest
If yes, explain:

Field not completed.
How did you hear /ord of Mouth
