<br />RESOLUTION 06- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON WACO STREET <br /> <br />S.A.P. 204-126-05 from County Road 30 (Mississippi Road) 1100 feet north in the City of Elk River, <br /> <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, TIllS RESOLUTION was passed this 9th day of January 2006, by the <br /> <br />City of Elk River in Sherburne County, Minnesota. The Municipal Corporation shall hereinafter <br /> <br />be called the "City", WITNESSETII: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the "City", has planned the improvement of Waco Street, State Aid Route No. 204-126- <br /> <br />05 from County Road 30 (Mississippi Road) to 1100 feet north in the City of Elk River, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the "City" will be expending Municipal Street Aid Funds on the improvements of this <br /> <br />Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both sides of the <br /> <br />street; and approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street project must therefore be <br /> <br />conditioned upon certain parking restrictions. <br /> <br />NOW, TIIEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: <br /> <br />That the "City" shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on both sides of the Waco Street at all times. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City of the City of Elk River this 9th day of January 2006. <br /> <br />Stephanie A.
