Your staff would suggest <br />the f~)llowing principals be addressed in each agreement: <br /> <br />Communication antennas shall be allowed on ,l municipal owned water tmver <br />with the following principals adequately addressed in the agreement. <br /> <br />J) It is preferred that Antenna shall be placed on the outside orthe tower <br />where internal access is not necessary. I f this is nOl practicable, <br />antennas will he allowed on the roof provided: <br />a) Access to the to\ver will only be provided when ERMU <br />personnel or their representative is present. <br />h) Communication company shall pay all costs \vith ERMU <br />personnel heing on site with communication company <br />personnel. <br /> <br />2) Communication Company shall furnish installation drawing of antenna <br />and cable attachment for ERMU approval before installation. <br />Installation of antennas and cable shall be installed so they are, <br />structural safe, are aesthetic, and do not present a safety hazard. <br /> <br />3) Communication Company shall pay for the entire owner engineering <br />Cee associated with design and inspection of their instalJation. No field <br />welding wi II be permitted on the water to\vers. <br />
