An
addition of new regulatory signs increases the expectations of enforcement and as the street is a low-traffic, dead-
end rural setting it is likely not highly patrolled for traffic violations.

Staff does not recommend any changes to the signage at this intersection.

Financial Impact
If the Council approves the installation the costs for the 2 new stop signs and posts would be paid from the 2022
Street division operating budget.

Mission/Policy/Goal
Opportunity to live, work, and play.

Attachments
Location Map
th
Petition for 3-Way Stop Control at 215 Ave and Edison Circle
The Elk River Vision
A welcoming community with revolutionary and spirited resourcefulness, exceptional

service, and community engagement that encourages and inspires prosperity.
Updated: August 2020
