Ric Haugland, 21475 US <br />Reviewed by <br />Highway 10 <br />Cal Portner, City Administrator <br /> <br />Action Requested <br />Extend the date to complete the required conditions to April 1, 2024. <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br />The request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the operation of an <br />auto repair facility at 21475 Highway 169 was approved by the Council <br />on October 21, 2019, with seven conditions of approval. <br /> <br />In December of 2021 and again in December of 2022, the applicant <br />requested one-year extensions to finalize the site and building <br />amenities. <br /> <br />The applicant continues to make progress on the project and is <br />requesting an extension until April 1, 2024, to complete the required <br />conditions. As the applicants email states, they hope to have everything <br />finalized by the end of November but want some cushion. <br /> <br />One of the conditions of approval was the 1,500 square foot <br />office/house structure was to be removed by October 21, 2021.
