Develop new facility programing opportunities <br />Increase facility programingto increase facility usership and promote exposure of the facility amenities to our community and increase <br />revenue. <br />Evaluate the needs of the facility for maintenance protocols and establish staffing levels that will support <br />Update facility maintenance plan <br />facility mission and goals. <br />Opportunities for additional ice sales during the ice season (Sept-March) are very limited, with both sheets <br />of ice generally fully scheduled (M-F 2:30pm -11pm and Sat-Sun 7am-11pm) Due to this saturation, we <br />look to increase offseason ice sales opportunities, i.e. Off season training programs, Minnesota Hockey <br />Increase off-season ice salesregional programing, added AAA Hockey programs, tourney's and practices, Junior and College <br />development/exposure events, and adding inhouse ice programming opportunities such as our profitable <br />Breakaway Hockey League, other types of new inhouse league programing, and expanding our inhouse <br />learn to skate programing. <br />
