Schedule a site visit with the building official and fire marshal to <br />review the existing building/grounds and complete any required <br />code updates. <br />2. The fenced outdooY stoYage aYea shall be: <br />a. l.irnited to 90,000 squaYe feet. <br />b. Paved �uith an approved surface (Class 5, concrete, asphalt, or <br />crushed concrete/asphalt). <br />c. Setback 45 from an�T delineated wetland. <br />Provide documentation the current and future outdoor storage <br />areas are compliant `vith state and local storm�uater management <br />requirements. <br />4. Drive lanes need to maintain a minimum 24-foot `vidth throughout <br />the site. <br />5. Site lighring shall comply with Section 30-937. <br />6. The applicant is seeking a CUP to allow outdoor storage on the south side of the <br />appro�matelyT 127,000 sq. ft. e�sting building. The applicant will store construction materials including shingles, <br />decking planks, and other lumber products.
