Mr. Westgaard clarified that connection would be initiated by a <br />developer. <br />In response to an email sent to the Commission regarding preparations for the Employee <br />Appreciation Lunch that takes staff food allergies into consideration, Commissioner <br />Westgaard asked for discussion on how the Commission would like to proceed.
